The state plant "Azercell" will expand its production facilities in 2018 according to Economy Minister Shahin Mustafayev at a conference on the results of the fourth year of the implementation of the State Program on Socio-Economic Development of the Regions of Azerbaijan for 2014-2018.
Answering the questions of entrepreneurs, the minister noted that Azersteklo passed under the jurisdiction of the Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation, which examined the plant's activities and identified its problems.
As Mustafayev noted, the corporation will open a new production line at this plant.
In particular, we are talking about the production of various types of bottles.
In November 2017, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed a decree on the establishment of the Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation. According to the decree, the authorized capital of the agro-industrial complex and other assets for its activities are formed mainly due to property owned by Aqrarkredit CJSC (on the balance sheet) received instead of the problem assets (debts) transferred from OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan and transferred in the property (on the balance) of OAO "APK".
