Changyu Glass (Yantai Changyu Glass Co, Ltd ) is a professional manufacturer and exporter of high-quality glass containers with a history of more than 16 years. 

With 500,000 ton's production capacity, CY (Changyu Glass ) is the largest wine bottles manufacturer in China and ranks among the top four in China glass containers industry. It is the executive director of China Daily Glass Association and Yantai Branch of China Chamber of International Commerce. 

 

Broad Products

CY produces products in five colors including Antique Green, Champagne Green, Dead Leaf Green, French Green and Flint. Its products cover wine bottles, oil bottles, condiment bottles, beer bottles, spirit bottles and beverage bottles, 80% of which are sold to famous brand wineries or beverage companies internationally. 

 

Advanced Equipment

CY has the most advanced equipment in the world, including seven furnaces and 20 automatic production lines. Most of the major  equipment is imported from Europe.

 

High Quality

CY has a scientific quality control system and the production lines are equipped with up-to-date automatic inspection machines most of which from SGCC France. These machines check the specifications with high efficiency and reject the defective bottles allowing only qualified products to pass on to the market.

Clean Packaging

Products' stacking, shrink film wrapping are conducted by automatic packaging lines. CY also owns an Italian automatic repacking line that can repack the bottles from bulk to cases automatically with the capability of 10,000,000 cases yearly.

CY has more than 1000 employees, 20% of which are college educated. Management personnel in production and technology have attended professional training in Europe or USA.
