1.Significant clarifying result 

Shenhua Brand glass composite refining agent introduces distinct refining agents other than conventional ones such as arsenic, antimony and cerium. At a glass-refining temperature, it sublimates directly into gas, aiming to reduce the pressure within bubbles, augment their volume, and therefore discharge these bubbles. 

 

2.Enhancing high fineness of glass surface appearance

 

Shenhua Brand glass refining agent brings in a metallic oxide as a highly efficient flux. This allows the melting process of glass batch to be significantly accelerated under same melting technique conditions. Compared with other refining agents, it shortens the time needed for melting by 3-6 min and correspondingly extends the refining and homogenization process. It also reduces the viscosity of liquid glass at a high temperature and thereby dramatically enhances fineness of glass surface by improving melting quality, owing to beneficial effect it has on clarification and homogenization. 

 

3.Reducing fuel consumption and prolonging furnace expectancy

 

With the use of this composite glass refining agent, temperature of bottom tank increases by 8-12℃ while the uptake temperature raise by 5-10℃, at a constant glass furnace crown and radiant temperature. Under the condition of remained output, radiant temperature will be reduced by 15-25℃ or glass furnace crown temperature by 5-12℃. As a result, fuel consumption decreases while furnace expectancy extends.

 

4.Increasing melting rate 

 

As a result of features mentioned above, melting rate improves by 0.1-0.15t/m2.d.

 

5.Environmentally-friendly and nontoxic

 

Shenhua Brand glass refining agent, a newly developed eco-friendly product, does not contain any toxic substance or heavy metal. It is not corrosive to refractory material either.

 

6.Usage 

 

1.0-1.5kg used per 100kg glass (glass made from melted pure powder)

1.Considering that the content of raw mineral materials is unsteady and that these materials contain much impurity, we only purchase raw chemicals materials. 

 

2.The content of all raw materials must be assayed before warehoused and only those of standard quality will be stored. Some raw materials will be manually separated from iron beforehand though an iron-removal process will be conducted again within the automation equipment during production to ensure a proper content of iron. 

 

3.The quality and steadiness of production is completely guaranteed since we are the only glass refining agent production plant that has employed automatic production lines in the field. 

 

4.All products must be strictly inspected for defects before loaded and sent to our customers.
