Inspece M,modle JYH300 is a servo driven rotary inspection machine,
which allowing handling up to 200 containers per minute.

Defect Detected:
Flex E is designed to detect following defects:
• Choked Neck
• Oversized Ring
• Finish, neck, shoulder, body, heel, and base checks
• Finish deformities – Dip and Saddle Finish
• Over max and Under min height
• Out of round container
• Thinwall ( with optional wall thickness inspection )
Container Handling:
An infeed screw spaces and feeds containers into the servo indexing
starwheel handler. At the outfeed, stripper plates, a live belt stripper,
or a combination of stripper plates and the live belt stripper, guide
containers out of the starwheel and back to the production line conveyor.
Defective containers are rejected as they exit the inspection machine.
