Summary

　　232# is widely used for various kinds of glass bottle release with good universality. When using this lubricant, a layer of lubricating film can be formed inside glass mould, which can ensure well smooth finish of bottle, even can avoid pre-coating process to simplify the operation. Under high temperature, please dip this lubricant with special pure cotton yarn brush by hand and apply it on the inner chamber of the parison mould. It is easy to operate, convenient to use, with long service cycle for the mould and easy to clear up.

　　Storage and package

　　This lubricant shall be stored in airtight and moisture-proof environment, and not be roasted over the fire. Storage period is 12 months.

　　Packed in plastic bottle and carton: 1kg for each bottle, and 20kg for each carton; packed in plastic drum: 18kg for each drum; packed in iron drum: 185kg for each drum.

　　Attention

　　When first started using, if mold does not warm up, need to brush more of this product.

　　Please use in dry conditions, it will extend mould life and produce defect-free bottles.
