Summary
155-1# is a universal lubricant by improving the former leading product 155# parison mould lubricant which is specially developed for the parison mould of glass bottle-making machine.
Features and Performance
1. 155-1# lubricant is black pasty and viscous oil, nontoxic, tasteless and no deposition.
2. This lubricant can be applied to parison mould and die with high universality.
3. This lubricant can be formed into a thin and even film on the inner wall of die cavity, thus cleaner glass bottles and cans and higher rate of finished products can be obtained comparing with using 155# lubricant.
4. It is easy to clear up the mould by using this lubricant.
5. This lubricant is applied to bottle-making machine and the production of various bottles and cans at home and aboard.
Instructions
1. For 155-1# lubricant, it shall be used originally. Please do not blend with other oils, otherwise lubrication effect may be affected.
2. Use pure cotton yarn brush to apply by hand. The size of brush shall match the inner chamber of mould.
3. After dipping lubricant, the brush shall be wringed out to apply lubricant thinly and evenly for best results.
4. Service time of this lubricant is 20-25min/time. Best service time can be fixed according to the practical situation.
5. Application amount of this lubricant: 0.5kg for every shift (8 hours) of Six-Section Single-Drop I.S. Machine
6. Please pay attention to keep certain lubrication cycle. The less the lubricant is applied each time, the cleaner glass bottles and cans are and the higher the rate of finished products is.
Storage and Package
This lubricant shall be stored in airtight and moisture-proof environment, and not be roasted over the fire. Storage period is 12 months.
Packed in plastic bottle and carton: 1kg for each bottle, and 20kg for each carton; packed in plastic drum: 18kg for each drum; packed in iron drum: 185kg for each drum.
