French glass container plant VOA-Verrerie d´Albi has signed a project of merger agreement with its parent company, Verallia France.
The merger will come intoplace on July 1, 2021 and aims to strengthen the existing synergies between the two groups as well as simplify the process and organisation by grouping the activities of the two companies into a single legal entity.
VOA’s Albi factory will become Verallia France’s seventh glass packaging factory.
